What types of roles do you supply in healthcare environments?

Do your workers have experience in healthcare settings?
We select our placements based on several factors, including prior experience. If the role calls for experienced staff, we will always take this into account when sourcing people for the role.
How do you ensure staff are appropriate for sensitive environments?
Every candidate is assessed on more than just experience. We look at how people communicate, compassion, how they conduct themselves under pressure, and whether they’re suited to working alongside clinical teams and vulnerable people. Reference checks, induction requirements, and a thorough interview process are all part of how we make that call before anyone is placed.
